Am I the only person who has returned a Touch Pro 2?

I’ve had a Touch Pro for about a year and I’ve watched several people, including chefs, leave for the Touch Pro 2. What was I missing? Was the additional cost worth it?

Sprint dropped the price to $199 so I decided to ‘upgrade’. Granted the screen and keyboard are much bigger. But I found myself looking for the missing D-Pad to navigate lists on the larger real estate. I don’t use the keyboard because of Swype and predefined text in Finger Keyboard.

I’ll never use the std 3.5mm headset or it’s GSM ability.

Having the reset button under the back cover, like the Diamond, made my flash junkie habit more cumbersome.

Everything else I use was the same. I also found myself loading the same NRG rom that I used on Touch Pro because many of the chefs that left for the TP2 had moved on to Android.

I guess it’s a personal decision, just like the custom roms, not everything is for everyone. I ate the $35 restocking fee and I’m content with the decision.

Am I the only person who has returned a TP2?
