Hi guys, well i've had my htc touch pro for almost a year now and i think im ready to customize it with a rom. ive made tons of tweaks mainly by regedit and various .cabs. im using spb mobile now to change it up a bit.

i have a Sprint model with a winmo 6.1 (ce os 5.2.19965). Here's what im looking for:

-windows 6.5
-htc sense
-smooth and fast
something that looks similar to this but doesn't have to be exact: http://www.mobilejaw.com/content/201...leHtcSense.jpg

The only problem is that idk which rom to choose or is compatible with my current OS version (ce os 5.2.19965)...
is it possible for me to do this?? If anyone out there can just help me choose what rom i could use would be nice. i think i can follow the directions from there on. I appreciate it guys!!! :headbang:

Check out the cdma TP Upgrade section you can use just about any of those ones

Ya go HERE first and unlock with the one labeled 37 (read the instructions it will tell you how) then download any cdma touch pro ROM you like and give it a try you might also want to have the sprint carrier cab handy incase you need it theres one in my thread HERE

Also, I would suggest "flash dancing" (flashing the stock rom first, then the custom rom). I had a lot of trouble the first time I flashed a custom ROM and a simple flashdance solved my problems.

It seems counterintuitive to have to flash a stock rom after unlocking your phone, but it will save you a ton of headache in the long run

You no longer have to do the 'flash dance', unless you like to.
