from sprint to vz

I have unlocked the phone using the multicolor bootloder.

installed a vz rom, updated .prl and it fails the *228 option 2 method as it says it cant be done to call tech support.

the esn has been repaired to a current vz phone, the meid has been wiped to all 0's, the spc code is 000000 like needed.

also set epst settings like so

the .prl is now 51099 - *228 .... option 2...... "Im sorry but we are unable to program your phone at this time"
