Outlook from 6.5.5 on 6.1

I have the gimped Verizon TP. I have been trying a ton of roms and have stuck with Swinn's clean rom and PhoneEx as my dialer, no titanium, no manilla. This seems to make the device the most useable for me. I would like to go back to 6.1 for more useable ram and better speed, but I'm married to the new Outlook in 6.5.5(easy flagging, conversation view).

I am a heavy activesync/business user but I also use it for directions, web, streaming video(orb), and FreeCaddie for my Golf GPS.

Also, a side note. I really like Manilla, except for using/viewing email. When I'm getting 200+ emails a day the email tab is really crappy. I would like to just have a tab that has a list of Email accounts, Texts, MMSs and just display the unread count for each, then I can tap each one to get into the message list.
