HTC TP: Bottom of screen obscured can't use screen buttons during calls

Hello,
I am using an Energy ROM and Co0kie's home tab. For example during calls, I can't use the 'end call' (red) or 'show dialer' (grey) buttons on the bottom of the touch screen because they are all but covered up. How can I fix this? Please see image.

This post provides a link for info on the problem. It seems to be CleanRAM (and its ilk) and phcanvga.exe not playing nice together.

Like you found, a soft reset fixes the issue
