No Audio in Handset. Need Help!!

All was well before I got timebombed by and old EnergyRom. When I woke up this morning I had this message on my phone..."This concludes the test..." basically telling me that winmo was no longer activated. O.K., so I didn't back up my phone and lost some contacts, no biggie, I flashed to a new EnergyRom, 23566 and tried to make a phone call. The call goes through, but I have no sound coming from my phone. The other party can hear me o.k., but I can't hear them, and don't hear it ringing. When they call me the ringtone works and I answer, but don't hear anything. I have also tried Mighty'rROM6. Maybe it is a 6.5 issue and it won't work on my phone? I have also tried the BadBoy Audio Boosts, and they don't help. Any Suggestions?!?!?!?!?

When I slide my keyboard out to the side, my screen also does not flip to landscape. Seems like no matter what ROM I use the results are all the same. I have tried 6.5 and 6.1 ROMS with no luck. Maybe it's a hardware failure?
