My location on energyrom

Is there a way to get my location weather fix for any roms out there. i cant get locate me in bing to work either. is this a bug? thanks

I am running stock ROM on Verizon. I have never gotten Bing "locate me" to work. It did not work before Microsoft changed the name to Bing.
