a question about hard-spl...

a few weeks ago I bricked my touch pro,in a few day's I'll have it back..
my question is:I guess I will only have bootloader(no windows on it) Can I put hard-spl on it? Or do I need to do something else first?

where are you getting it back from? mobistar? or is a friend repairing it? why would it come with bootloader only on it? how was it originally bricked?

i can't imagine anyone letting the phone go with bootloader only on it (no windows). but either way, you may need to hardspl or you may not. the way to tell is to boot into bootloader and look for cmonex. if you find it, it's already hardspled. if it doesn't mention cmonex, then you need to do the hardspl before loading a custom rom.

...I was running windows 6.1 originally;but made a crusial mistake with wrong hard-spl(so it got bricked),now it's at 'fixsupport' for reparation; and I don't think they'll put on an original windows program; so thas why I was asking if I needed anything else than the bootloader to put on the correct hard-spl...
