Unhappy Is it just me?

OK, I had issues with my old TP and got a replacment (refurb). Well after having issues I was finally able to get the GPS to work on my new to me phone, but now it seems like the GPS just quits working every so often and I have to do a soft reset in order to get it working again. And on top of that if you look at the screen there is a spot in the middle of it about 1 inch by 1 inch that looks like a greasy spot. If you were to look at a puddle in the road that has oil in it how it has that rainbow look to it, that is what it looks like. I have been putting up with that for a while now because other than when the back light isn't on I don't really notice it that much. But then the other day i was talking to my wife and I pulled out my phone and I noticed 3 little black dots under the screen along the left hand side that seem to have gotten bigger. It looks like it has actually moved to the right a little because you sort of see a trail behind the spots.

Is it just me in that I must have had 2 really bad phones, or have others have similar issues multiple times?
