Beta ROM Time Bomb = Me Not Happy -_-

Sooooooooooooooo...I'm pretty sure my phone just locked me out. The clock flipped to midnight and now my phone says something like, "Thank you, the beta period for this software has expired" yata, yata.

Anyway, when I plug it into the computer, my laptop makes the noise like something is connected, but I can't access any of my files. Is there any way I can either:
1) Fix the time bomb now.
2) Get my files off my phone.

...I'm extremely pissed.
