undelete text messages

I have deleted and cleared the deleted items section of SMS / MMS and discovered I deleted some text I really need. Is there any way to recover them. I'm using and HTC Touch Pro running Windows Mobile 6.1 Thanks

If you are running Microsoft's MyPhone software, and are backing up your texts, you may be able to find them on the web site in the archive section. From there you can read and restore the archived items.

I only mention it because it is sometimes overlooked.

unless you backed them up with something like SPBbackup then they are GONE.
