Program my Touch Pro for Sprint.. HOW?

I have my vision password, it's a 6 character password, and it allows me to do 1X only. But I guess it's my HDR un/pw that isn't working. When I do ##debug# it says authentication failed for HDR. The password I need is some encrypted one that I think must be provisioned. Any idea on how to make it so that Sprint will automatically provision my phone with my correct account information? I know that I have to have something in my PROFILE 0 for it to provision the rest but thus far I've been unsuccessful in finding all that.
