Video out, when charging, problem

Don't know what exactly is going on here, lately I plug my phone into the computer to charge, and the activesync/pam pops up, and the the video out keeps popping up

Tried it on multiple roms same issue with all of them and a couple different cables.

Frankly I could get rid of the video out, I'd never use it anyways.... Is that possible?

sounds like you have a damaged pin in the charging port.
