Problem syncing at bootloader screen

Hi all. So, last week I built a new PC. Prior to this, I had no issues flashing. Now, Im not getting a USB connection at bootloader screen. Im running Windows 7 64 bit if it matters. I used 32 bit before.

I have set up active sync partership succesfully. But when its time to flash, the bootloader isnt seeing the USB connection. I error out during flash saying cant find connection or something like that.

Any ideas?
