looking for tp sn

so im lookin for my touch pro serial number so i can dl the sprint oem rom and im on the white tag at the bottom of the battery compartment and the number that says S/N isnt working i tried to esn also and that didnt work so whats the deal? anyone know?

why do you need a serial number? It is listed on the ppcgeek ftp or htc site

First off thats not the right rom, that one is for the european wwe version of the phone, second you can get the correct sprint version here: http://www.htc.com/us/support/touch-...int/downloads/
