how do i restore my phone back to the original rom
i have no idea what im doin. it would be really helpful if someone can help me. i need to return my phone back to sprint, my friend customised it and cracked it now i need to change it back for my warranty to work. im a complete noob so i need to know every lil step that is needed. i understand that i also have to relock it. so that would be helpful as well. thanks guys

go to the htc website under support and download the sprint rom and flash it back to sprint then come back here and go under the cdma rom page and go to the 2 or 3 stickey it will show you how to lock your phone. hope this helps. now thank me LOL

flashing the stock ruu should relock it by itself. also any time you flash...SAVE A COPY OF STOCK FOR SUCH INSTANCES.

I can't find the ROM for Sprint in the HTC website under support. They only have the sync utility. Can you point me in the right direction ? I flashed a hero to Metropcs now I want to make it work back to Sprint. Is this how's done? Installing the ROM for Sprint ? If anybody know the answer please feel free to jump in. thanks in advance

Here you are my good sir  You'll have to update the ROM, Download and run this .exe Make sure your phone is activesynced or connected to WMDC Make sure you have more then 50% of battery left. For the ROM click --> HERE. Hope this helps!
