Weird, try downloading only the files you need... not for all the devices... One thing I have noted, you have to stay with it or else it WILL error out... Check on it from time to time and as soon as your downloads are done, click next to do the update. I have had some issues in the past with that but...not many. I actually updated for all packages and all builds and all devices a few days ago so I can vouch that it does work... Just gotta have patience my child ...jejeje

Trully though, I am not sure how BIG the package actually becomes but... I can try to see if I can upload these and post it for you if you need them, if anyone is interested in giving it a shot...
