Strange issue

OK, I am running Windows XP Pro at home, and up until last week I was running the same thing at work. I sync my phone to my home computer, but not at work. I have always had it connected to the computer at work as I am always doing stuff on it, and that way it will always be charged. Well the issue started last week when I got a new work computer running Windows 7. Now every time I try to get online on my phone after it has been connected to my work computer I always get a proxy error, and i have to soft reset the phone in order to get back online. Anyone ever hear of an issue like this, and/or know how to keep it from happening?

No one has ever seen this happen? Have I just done something stupid...

I've only heard of this happening on a Titan but I can't remember the solution. But I do remember something to do with WMDC or active sync.

Sounds like the phone is pulling a connection from your work computer. I had this problem before on my Moto Q and can't remember how i fixed it either...

Did you try start<settings<connections<usb to pc< enable network functionality off?

OK, I just turned that off but will I still be able to sync with my home computer?
