Please help, Flashing Help

I am new to this world. I have a Sprint HTC TP and have successfully unlocked it. when I try and flash a new ROM, and have tried many all with the same result. it gets all the way to the download bar and at 1% it stops my phone turns off and I get an error pop up that say,

"This Update utility cannot be used for your PDA phone. Please check your update utility"


What the heck am I missing. I have successfully flashed MightyRom on a previous TP but am unable to do it this time. I apologize if I was not supposed to start a new thread. I just don't know where else to go for help. Thanks to any that help. Am willing to donate for the help!!!
