Need Help...Sprint TP unlocked

I am unable to use any ## codes, therefor I cannot activate my phone. I typ ##***msl# and nothing happens...I just hard reset and installed energy romand still I cant get it to do anything???? Can someone tell me how to get the ## codes to work again, or how to input my programming info a nother way? any help as alwAYS is appreciated...Thank You

So your TP is an unlocked one? Do you mean unbranded/carrier free one or a Hard SPL unlock? Call whatever provider you have for it and tell them your issue. I would suggest running the PRL update in the Start menu. This might help. BUT before you do that, make sure that whatever rom you are running will allow you to do that...some have customizations that screw that up.

i called sprintand they have no clue.....still cannot access ## codes to program the phone...
