EPST not update after new setting,Please help

Hi every one,I come from Thailand.
I use Touch pro CDMA with RUIM (I bought from ebay).

After take long time to enable RUIM functions except setting in RUIM config by QPST or CDMA workshop programe.It must be upgrade radio to u version (1.08.99U or 1.08.A3U) .

After upgraded,I already setting MIP default setting and Security in EPST (##778#) but after it force to restart it back to original (not update).Such as PPP user in security -> myIMSI@mycdma.cn again!!!

Please advise

I need to update because phone often asking to update profile when I connect internet.....

If you are on a custom ROM I would advise flashing back to stock. I had the same problem and it worked just fine with the shipped ROM.

I have try to back to stock but it not support RUIM.
Do you have any idea,What radio rom that support RUIM.
