I have had the Touch Pro since September and it has needed to be replaced 6 times using the sprints TEP in store from keyboard and screen issues now on my 6th one (my last replacement was Dec 20th) this keyboard and FRONT buttons are not working.
i called sprint Cust service and they said they couldnt send me a replacement or switch me phone cause its been replaced more then 3 times in one year
im getting tired of my bad luck with the touch pros.. any helpful suggestions?
i would buy a new phone but bills sucking lots of cash and i figure if i spent this much money on a phone it should work..
