delete needed files

Before I send this back to Sprint... Is there a way to delete needed files or something to keep the rom from working right... Thus if I would do a hard reset, that it still wouldn't work right??? If so, which files do you think should be deleted???
Thanks
T

Re: delete needed files

it won't do you any good to delete anything once they get it back if they are going to test it the first thing they will do is a hard reset. that will restore everything you deleted

Re: delete needed files

if you need to delete files to make it stop working right, then your problem is probably a software issue. you may want to look into that. questions to think about include: what ROM and programs do you use? Have you tried hard resetting to fix the problem? Any new programs installed?

Re: delete needed files

I don't think he wants it fixed. He wants it broke to send back. But it won't work that way.

Re: delete needed files

FYI, I did not delete any files or anything. I did however include the list of random issues I was having with the phone and explained the times when the issues would happen, But being unable to repeat them as expected... But the issues would repeat when not expected. Either way, I did decide against what I had asked earlier. Now the random reboots, screen freezes, and keyboard issues are all common issues like everyone else. It would be nice to actually be able to make them all more repeatable. I think I'll keep this TP until other issues happen. I was liking raidzero's roms, maybe I'll flash one of his onto this phone. Good luck to everyone out there.
