Looking for a Clean/Basic ROM w/ sense 2.5

Hey everyone.
First I want to say all you Chefs are just amazing how you make my phone doo cool stuff anf look good.
=D>Thank you to Rootlinux, echomatics, nrgz28...your Roms kick BUTT!

I want to start cooking ROMs but like many others are a lil scared to mess it up.

I have read thru the "How to cook ROM" threads on PPCGeeks and XDAdevelopers and still a little fearful of bricking my phone. I am very familliar with using .cab files to install programs
---learned an old ASUS A730w (trying to port LINUX on that...and insights? PM me.) and my old mogul---

I am just not familiar with the sys, ext and other files used.

I was wondering if anyone has a Basic ROM like the CLEAN Roms that has...
1.the stuff so I can connect to the SPRINT network
2.the Sense 2.5 home screens
3.all the configs so all the stuff (bluetooth, GPS. ##codes,etc) on my TOuch Pro works.
4. no system slowing bloatware to slow down phone.
5.It doent have to look pretty...I will make it look good.
6. wm 6.5 or newer version base

I really hope I am not the only one who is like this...who knows I one day I might as good as all the CHEFs out there.

First of all, almost without exception, you wont mess it up. If it flashes bad or whatever, just re-flash. Not a big deal. from my searching, clean rom and manilla don't seem to go together. all the clean roms i have found are titanium and the bloated roms are manilla

Check out Raidzero roms. I'am using his last 2.5 23518 its fast and no bloat. Unable to post link yet, so you will have to search.

Cool. I have lots of options. I am trying to cook a ROM right now using the Calkin Calkulin's Visual VGA Kitchen. Crossing my fingers.

I guess I just want that sense 2.5 with the weather on the home screen and none of the other stuff i will never use...ex MP3 cutter and all the market place stuff.

SO any ideas in that direction? The base Rom 6.5xx ROM with the Cool Sense 2.5 home screen...

I ran yours for a day or two. I liked it. But as all of us on ppcgeeks, we cant keep a ROM for long. I am always up for a good flash dance.

But any help you more experienced Chefs can give that would be great

manilla 2.1 and 2.5 have weather on the home screen. the main differences are the internet tab and the contacts tab. different setups between the 2.1 and 2.5. the draw to 2.5 is i don't think anyone has come up with a good landscape fix for it yet. 2.1 works flawlessly in landscape. the 2.5 port came from another phone which didn't have a keyboard so landscape wasn't needed.

Ok just cooked a ROM and my phone wont leave the TOUCH PRO screen with the red numbers on it.

Did I just brick the phone?


Nope. What did I do wrong? Oh well try it again.

RSTOYGUY...what if I flash one of your sense 2.5 roms and soft reset before the customizations begin?
