i would tell you to take it in, but i'm reading that sprint has stopped switching the tp for tp2. you can thank the scammers like boredandtatooed for that! as a matter of fact, you should pm him since he has all the answers.

well, since they handed me one yesterday, they obviously have them. just trying to not get scammed anymore..
sounds like the op needs to clear all cache and temp. also clean up long sms conversations, as a large pim database can cause the issues described.. otherwise a hard-reset would likely fix.

lol, yup, i'm cool with the reps at my local store, cuz I never break the chain of command and go over thier heads complaining about stuff. also I only come in once every 9-12 months with issues. (unless a referb is rotton 2 days after they give it to me.)

My advise is go to the store an get a tp2 on back order, or get them to note it on ur account and call customer care.
