Touch Pro Front Button Lights

I noticed when running Android on my Touch Pro1, that when ever I would run my finger over the icons on the four buttons located around the dpad on the front of the phone, they would light up individually.

When running windows, they only light up if I run my finger over the scroll ring itself, and they all light up at once.

Is there a cab or program that will make the button lights work in Windows like they do in Android?
