I had the same problems too. Even did the "If you have Advance Config installed on your device then Simply go to:
Network and change the TCP window size to 98304." part.

In the end, I did it the old way as detailed here (and other PPC geeks threads):

and this worked for me.

I tried the automated, all in one cab method in this thread and it just never worked for me, but I think they essentially do the same thing.

I have tried to install this done all the fixes even manually changed the reg key for tcpip size. Pandora opens and plays a second of song then skips this process continues endlessly.

Still cuts off end of song.
Sound quality is horrible.
