Already Flashed Sprint HTC touch pro to cricket ?

Saw it on ebay for $225, but iam still skeptical to buy it. Its claims its full text web mail mms. has any one ever bought a phone claimed like this and have it not work?

will it have windows mobile 6.1 on the device as it normally does or is there a different "rom", i guess that is the technical name (OS of the phone)?

or will it be as easy as it sounds, buy the phone, get it, change some programing, and then have it activated?

it depends how much patience you have. some of these questions you need to ask the person you are buying it from. either way with the resources of this website, you should be able to have a working device & buying one already supposed to work on cricket should limit the amount of time you have to mess with it. however if you are into modding & customizing your phone this is all a moot point as you will spend countless hours playing with it anyway ;D

There are alot of fully flashed advertised on eBay. Some are, Some aren't. I can also say this. If you do buy the phone fully flashed DON'T take it to a cricKet corp store for activation, take it to a dealer.
I can also say that it won't just be like call cricket add the ESN and presto. You will need to enter the PST setting and insure they are correct. When I sale on eBay, if the customer has cricket I get the MDN/MIN after the sale and program it all for them so they can say presto and it all works. But other sellers do not.
I fell victim to that with my first PPC last yr. It said it was full flashed, I got the phone looked good so left good feadback then activated it and found no MMS WAP. It had only been flashed for talk/text. Thanks to this site XDA, and HO-Fo I got it done right and now flash and sale in my spare time.
