Re: Easiest way to backup contacts?
use file explorer and goto mainmem. theres a file at the bottom called pim(contacts) copy it to sdcard, flash or hardreset whatever your doing and when phone reboots there will be a new pim with nothing on it, that stays, goto sdcard with pim on it and rename it to pim1 and move it to mainmem, now you have 2 pim files, a pim1 and a pim, rename the pim to pim2 then rename pim1 to just pim. then sofreset and delete pim2 all your contacts are back.
you can also use a app called pim backup. lol |

Re: Easiest way to backup contacts?
A couple other options..if you have Microsoft MyPhone or you've got exchange mail set up, both of those will do it. I don't have enough posts to post a link, but Google Microsoft MyPhone and you'll get the jist of it.

Re: Easiest way to backup contacts?
Dependant upon how many, and how much time you have, they can be typed into Outlook and setup to copy to the phone when it is synched again. When you set it up in the sync the options can be checked for Outlook.

Re: Easiest way to backup contacts?
You could also use MS MyPhone... I flash my TP often and all I need to get my contacts, pictures, ringtones and texts back is my MSN email and password
