TP won't Hard Reset (solved)
I upgraded my phonealarm version, but after reset, it is stuck on the color ball...left it on for more than 5 minutes.
I tried to to do a hard reset; press volume down, press d button and then reset...nothing happens... it just soft reboots.... tried it more than 5 times... Any other way to get this phone to hard reset? I tried all the suggestions I found online and on this site. The manual had the answer all along that worked for me: 1) Turn off device (I take off the back cover and lift the battery out slightly then push it back in) 2) press and hold the Volume down button while at the same time pressing the center "Enter" button. Keep them pressed 3) While volume down and enter buttons are depressed, press and HOLD the power button until you see a screen that says: "This operation will delete all your personal data..." 4) Follow those on-screen instructions which will tell you to push the volume up button to continue performing reset."
