Did I get another bad one?

So my previous touch pro had the usual keyboard problem so I called USCC and told them. They shipped me another one. First thing I noticed... everything is super white. It looks like the contrast is cranked way up. I know how to adjust the backlight and thats not it. It just looks like the contrast is up high and I don't know how to adjust that (can you?).

Also it's not detecting my micro SD card. I checked it in the old phone and it works fine, but it doesn't in this one. Are these fixable things or did I get another dud?

I've heard the replacement screens are brighter then the originals. So the one you got could have been a refurb that got a new screen. As for the card try another one or back it up and reformat it then try again.

Hmm well I backed up the card but no idea how to format it. The new phone doesn't even detect the card when I go to the memory setting. It doesn't even detect the card.

As for the screen, it doesnt seem brighter. Like I can adjust the brightness and it just seems whiter. Maybe that is the brightness but i dont think so.

Thanks for the help so far. Maybe I'll have to get another one.
