I emailed Sprint and told them I was filing a claim with Asurion because I was sick of them sending me crappy refurbs and that I wanted them to credit me the $100 deductible. They agreed to credit me the fee and I am now the proud owner of a Touch Pro 2 for free.

What email did you contact? Did you just click on 'contact us' at the top of the Sprint website?

Anyone able to help get my Mogul or Touch upgraded to the Touch Pro 2 through any process such as a replacement or insurance claim? The Asurion website changed back to replacing a Mogul with a 6800 Mogul

Ooohh Daym! I just got lucky. Thanks to mr. 8820. WOW...
I will not check what replacement they offer that morning(3AM) coz I was getting ready to go to sleep till I chacked my PM from mr.8820 .Went online and check if it's true. It was. So I got my Brand Spankin new TP2.
