Custom Roms Keep Rebooting

Can someone help me? I have installed many custom roms trying to find one that will work. The problem is that after I have it loaded on and a day or two goes by, when I try to run an application (opera, file explorer, etc.) it says it cannot find the shortcut. This is the start of the problem. So I soft reset and then it acts as if it is booting up for thefirst time and wipes all previously stored contact data. I have tried Energy Rom, Ski Rom, and more. The only thing I can think of is that I am getting the ones with sense2.1 and 2.5. Is sence non-compatible or buggy?
