Why are you looking for an old build? I'm sure there's one floating around, but it won't have any of the newest improvements... So I can scrape one up for ya (maybe...) but it won't run very well at all!

The only build that can run *smoothly* is the latest, for most people. And it still has it's quirks...

I think they are the same, just that this thread is for the RAPH800 specifically. Don't quote me on that though.

Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800)
I mean you *may* be able to use the newest kernel/modules with an old build... But I've never done it, just seems like a silly idea - mainly because the bleeding edge of this project is the most stable!

Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800)
I made the changes as outlined to get CDMA data working but Android keeps crashing after these changes. It also crashes when I try to start anything data focused, i.e., browser, apps... after having made the changes for CDMA data.

Assuming all that has been performed, I'm not sure. There were a lot of stability issues early on with data/wifi, but it seems most of that stuff has stabilized (relatively). You may also want to try and wait after Android boots before setting up the data cxn. For some reason it seems to perform better/less crashes if it gets a chance to "settle in". |
