I don't think haret goes on the ext2 partition...

Keep in mind, the sqshfs is still the "preferred" method. If you're brave, do the ext2 partition method, but don't expect much support on it.

Is there any known way to get the phone to enter sleep mode after running the GPS besides rebooting fully? I think I can use this as my main OS now as long as I can find a way to get the phone to enter low power after using the GPS.. As of now, I just opened NAV, killed all apps, and now the deep sleep light is not active :/

makk, maybe you can make reference to this in the first or second post so others can see how to properly do this.

there is an issue where gps kills deepsleep for us. this is still being worked on by the devs. hopefully it can be fixed soon.

edit: and i may have just found a work-around for this. gimmie 10 more minutes.

ok workaround!

using power control widget.

enabled gps. went into google maps, got a fix on location. disabled gps via widget, phone went into deepsleep.
