wow. I feel lame; my sluggishness on the phone was largely because last time I formatted this SD card I apparently formatted it as FAT16. >.<

Formatted as FAT32, and halved my startup time; everything is much snappier; wakes from sleep to ringing in 3 rings instead now.

Really? I may have to look in to what's the format of my card.

If this thing gets MMS working...I'll Android 100%.

Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro -- Now working on Verizon! And with GPS!

Well, MMS will be somewhat limited at the moment since the camera doesn't work yet (on any build I am aware of at any rate)... but it seems like MMS fixes are carrier specific. I know that when I have flashed my ROM (in the windows mobile world) I have usually had to tweak the server settings for mms. I don't use it much so I don't know if it's working at all.

Oh yea... I never even thought about that. I assumed everyone would format their cards in at least FAT32. I'm not even sure if FAT16 will handle large files at all... There's severe limitations on it.
