Thanks for the help makkonen :)

I see
Code:

mmcblk0: p1

Anything else to try?

What comes up after that, but before it stops and waits for 120 seconds?

Here's the current startup.txt.

Code:

set ramsize 0x6000000
set ramaddr 0x10000000
set mtype 2039
set KERNEL zImage
set initrd initrd.gz
set cmdline "lcd.density=240 msmvkeyb_toggle=off physkeyboard=raph gsensor_axis=2,-1,3 rel_path=andboot acpuclock.oc_freq_khz=528000"
boot

I had waiting for SDcard over and over and then I tried moving it all out of the andboot folder into the root and it said it could not access the sdcard hmm

How do you change the resolution??

This is what I see:
Code:

  Welcome to Vogue Linux
  Waiting for SD Card
  Waiting for SD Card
Mmc1: host does not support reading read-only switch, assuming write-enabled
MMC1: new high speed SDHC card at address 0007
  Mmcblk0: mmc:0007 SD08G 7862272KiB
  mmcblk0: p1
Running an fsck on the SD Card
  Dosfsck 3.0.1, 23 Nov 2008, FAT32, LFN
There are differences between boot sector and its backup.
  Differences: (offset:original/backup)
  65:01/00
  Not Automatically fixing this
  /dev/block/mmcblk0p1: 184 files, 25292/1960448 clusters
  E2fsck 1.41.4 (27-Jan-2009)
Ext2fs_check_if_mount: no such file or directory while determining whether /dev/block/loop2 is mounted.
  /dev/block/loop2: clean, 439/448 files, 11415/15360 blocks
  Cleaning up…
  Switching to rootfs…
  Rootfs is loaded
  GSM phone found
  Checking for partition…
Creating a new Data Store (Hangs here for about 7-8 minutes)

Then the error pops up :(

Anything I can do to get Android working?

Thanks :headbang:

Try deleting data.img off your sd card, and making sure you have at least 256mb free space before you start up, so it can successfully create a new data store.

It really sounds like you have a RAPH500. I don't know of any way to make a RAPH800 hang right there. You're running off the all-in-one package from the first post, with no change to the startup.txt? I'm baffled.

Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800)

perhaps test out the raph500 startup.txt to see if it makes any difference??

makkonen 03-23-2010 07:00 PM

Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800)

raph500 won't get past 'loading linux' anyway, so that won't do too much good. I don't think there's even a raph500 startup.txt floating around here.
