I just did an online claim via the Asurian website.. They had no option for Internal/Computer failure so I filed the claim under an irrelevant category. I'll shoot an update to let you guys know how it went. I'm not too good at tryin to tell someone what's "wrong" over the phone. Assurian also claims to be faster at handling an online claim rather than one over the phone..

I called them today in hopes of not having to wait for it to be in stock. the only way they replace it with a TP2 is if the one you have now is already a replace "from Asurian"
