A new ROM from Sprint?

How is it possible to customize the Sprint HTC Touch Pro's ROM? To start out with a bare-bone, clean-as-can-be ROM, with Touch Flo 3D still on it?

I guess you'll have to learn how to cook if you want to create a custom ROM like this. You should visit XDA for this.
