Syncing Phone with MacBook Pro.

Does anyone on here have any advice on how to sync my Touch Pro (sprint) with my new macbook pro? PLEASE don't criticize about why i changed to mac and so on...I'm just in need of an answer on how to sync or if it's even possible.

Look for an app called missing sync, or just use google sync. You can sync your mac calender with googles via laptop then with your phone. What I like about Google Sync is it happens in the background or when you want it.
