easy just download a visual kitchen,you check what you want in the rom and uncheck what you don't,it's very very easy,plus a whole thread dedicated to it as well,comes with 3 platforms,6.1,6.5.and 6.5.x first link is the kitchen,second is the thread,i was cooking my first rom after just 30 mins,may take some time to get it how you like it,but it's a wonderful place to start
