A co-worker just tried Asurion to get his TP replaced (casing damage) - they offered another TP. So I guess they replenished their stock...

all u guys have water or physical damage??? those r only reason to call asurion..

if its anything else call sprint, much easier to get exchanges, plus no deductable, and TP2 is on the exchange list as well... Sprint isnt suppose to give out TP1s anymore.. asurion can though,, their not sprint... sprint wont even offer u a TP1, just the suggestions...i just did this, got 2 more TP2s comin my way for free this time.. that makes 3TP2s and 1 TP1... all for under 300bucks for all.... you guys need to learn how to hustle

Nice... not a bad deal at all, considering the price for touch pro's on ebay, You can perhaps make profit of this defective TP's, I can't sadly gets mines replaced as they always give me the bs story of me getting 3 replacements under 6 months via phone so i have to go to a store but due to me being in oregon for vacation my nearest store is close at all. Ooo yeah, dude i noticed you make smart replies. I find this all bs to how the tp replacement they send me for diamond came all jacked up! I'm talking scratches and beat up spots on the sides lmao! they still refuse to exchange it via phone atm till 1 or 2 more months and at the local store when they unpacked it i was told i had to wait 30 days. so asurion might be my way.
