Just to be more specific, Manilla 2.1 is TouchFlo 3D as it is on your Touch Pro now, 2.5 Manilla is Sense, which is a more spruced up version, but wasn't designed for use on the Touch Pro so it doesn't have a landscape feature (there are mods for this). However, the 2.5 Manilla was modified to work on a VGA screen versus the larger screen it was designed for. It's actually quite a nice upgrade, you just need to be ready to lose some functionality when you pull the keyboard out unless you have a landscape mod. Titanium is the built in Windows Mobile 6.5 Interface as stated (often seen on the Windows Phone commercials).

I think to answer the "best" question, you need to try all three. I was originally using 2.1 and thought it was really cool. I then tried Titanium and found it to be far superior and never thought I would try anything else. Then I tried 2.5, I don't know if I will go back to the other two ever. My biggest pet-peeve is the lack of landscape with 2.5 but the rest of it's functionability (sp?) far outweighs the lack of landscape. Currently most of the landscape builds have bugs/challenges that I will wait until they are fixed.

I hope this helps. The best advice is try different ROMs with 2.1, 2.5, and Titanium. I have tried a bunch of ROMs and most are really good, but this is a personal preference decision.

Re: Difference between titanium and manilla???

Sometimes a picture is helpful...
I looked around and Raidzero actually has a picture of all three in his ROM thread (I hope he doesn't mind me linking it)
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=99037

I believe:
Picture 1 is Manilla 2.5 (also known as Sense UI)
Picture 2 is Manilla 2.1
Picture 5 is Titanium

(Titanium is usually in most 6.5 ROMS whether it has Manilla installed or not. So you can actually switch back between Manilla and Titanium if you so choose.)
