Disable Sleep Button when KB open on Touch Pro2

Hello Group

I know this is a newb q ... so forgive me.. but has ANYONE come up with an app or registry change that will disable the sleep button on top of my Verizon Touch Pro2 when the keyboard is open? It's really easy to accidently put the phone to sleep while typing that way.

There's already a thread regarding this issue... However no real solutions in there.
I wonder if anyone has anythig to add.

This issue was sooo annoying, I'm glad there was a fix to it.

You need to have MortScript installed, including the cabs for both.

I used the option to disable the short power button (the sleep button) but still be able to turn on the device if the keyboard is out by pressing any kb key. Works like a charm.
