are you sim unlocked AND hardspled?

ok i got a rom to work but im trying to install the sprint navigation cab but it doesnt work when i try to open it up in file explorer. I dl the folder and inserted the it onto sd card so what is the next step?

My device is unlocked & but don't think HardSPL. Not sure how to check it. Infact I was thinking for HardSPL but this black screen problem happened. I'll try to Hard reset and let u know about screen issue?
Meanwhile can I upgrade from windows 6.1 to 6.5? Which ROM is most suitable for 6.5?

Blank screen is working okay after hard reset now I'll try to see if I can upgrade my ROM MW6.1 (original Sprint ROM) to any other ROM of MW6.5
