No problems at all with s2u2 on my tp2. Smooth and responsive. Running Juicy r5 if that helps.

The wm6.5 native lock is nice when it actually locks. I tried many programs to make it lock without a pin and they work at first then stop working after a while. The lock works if I enable it with a pin though everytime.

Assign lock to the end key in settings, then just hold the end key 2-3 seconds and wallah.

Locks every time.

I like the s2u2 a lot but I am having same problem here.. it does lag.. anyone has any solution?? please help us with this problem..

I am running S2U2 as well but with no lag issues. Try turning off all the extra stuff, appointments, alarm, s2u2 notifications etc.
