Incoming calls are all silent

I currently installed and uninstalled Photo Contacts Pro on my touch pro2. Now I notice that all incoming calls are silent even when I go into setting>personal>sounds and notifications>notifications and change it to ring or vibrate and soft reset. Is there any way to fix this without doing a hard reset?
