Two ISSUES, HELP

My first issue is sometimes a sent text message will be stuck in my task bar at the top of the screen, next to my EVDO. When I press it the message sent will come to the screen, but the dismiss at the bottom of the message isn't there. This causes the text envelop to stay and I often have to turn my phone off. Anyone else have this problem?

Also the task manager is pissing me off. I cannot get Opera to display in it. (I tried the Reg hack) I am sure I overlooked something, as this is not my main issue, but what other programs are in there? The native Instant messenger app won't show in there (I use it often and used the task manager to go back to it). I looked for anything instant messaging in the Reg folder and didn't see anything. Anyone?

bro, you need a reg editor.

Go to: HKCU\Software\HTC\TaskManager\ExclusiveList\System
There delete Opera9.exe (now it will show in the task manager) ,
you may need to use the reg edit to disable push internet also.

what rom are you running?

Have you disabled the SMS sent notification?

There are .cabs for that or a simple registry edit.

If you need either let me know.

what rom are you running?

I do have a reg editor. That's how I made the change as stated in the OP. I am running the stock ROM. But I don't want my Instant Messaging not int he task menu either. Anything for that?

The only thing I worry about for that is how the texts that aren't able to be sent (like when you try sending as one is coming in) are handled. do you still get a tone and pop up?
