Help!! Sprint Touch Pro 2 problem sending email

I had the same problem. Here's what worked for me.

I called Sprint, explained the issue. (888-211-4727)
They "initialized" my e-mail account.
I deleted my account (on the TP2)
I created a new account (on the TP2)
No problems since,
Udgraded to MightyROM
Still no more problems . . .
