How to back up e-mail account settings

I need to do a hard reset on my phone and I would like to know how to backup/save these settings so I don't have to create each account again (I
have 5 e-mail accounts

). Does anyone know where that info is stored?
I know how to backup the Personal Information (PIM file) but it doesn't include the email accounts.
